Happy Birthday My Love

Last night we started Cole's birthday celebration early by going to The Melting Pot for dinner. It was wonderful! Of course I forgot my phone AND camera at home and spent most of the night begging Cole to let me take a picture of him with his phone. Finally before the dessert ended, I got what I hoped for, a picture at the last moment possible! Now it's not the greatest picture because of the "candle-lit" atmosphere, but you get the idea. Our dinner consisted of 4 courses... First we had the cheese course with apples, breads, chips, and veggies that we dipped into a fiesta cheese. Spicy! Next, we got cesar salads that were incredible! Who knew a salad could taste that good?! Then, the main entree; mushrooms, broccoli, potatoes, chicken, shrimp, salmon, teriyaki pork, fillet minon, and lobster tail! Delicious! Last was the dessert. We had a milk chocolate, carmel, and pecan combination for dipping sauce and cheesecake, pound cake, brownies, cherries, strawberries, bananas, rice crispy treats, oreo coated marshmallows, and gramcracker coated marshmallows. Geeze! It was a ton of food, but it was great! Happy Birthday Baby!
